Attorney Hagai Platin has unique legal experience that combines expertise in corporate law, high-tech, venture capital investments, international commercial law, alongside litigation and real estate entrepreneurship.

His work as an independent lawyer includes representation in complex and precedent-setting litigation cases, including international insolvency proceedings, including proceedings against the largest bank in Russia, class actions, complex estate management, and disputes with large public entities.

In addition, Adv. Platin served as a senior attorney in the high-tech department of one of the leading firms in Israel, where he represented dozens of startups and investors and managed investment, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions with a cumulative volume of over $450 million.

He began his military service in a captain's course, which he graduated with honors, and later served as Chief Engineer in the submarine fleet.

Adv. Platin has been in active reserve service (Lt. Col. (res.)) for years in the Navy. After the events of October 7, he served as head of the legal desk in the Directorate of Kidnapped and Missing Persons in the Prime Minister's Office.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Bachelor of Management and East Asia, and a Master of Philosophy from Tel Aviv University, which he graduated with honors.
